Tobias looks back on an extensive experience in the implant industry. After his career start as a brand analyst and consultant in a management consulting in London UK, he first joined the Swiss-based market leader for dental implants and regenerative products STRAUMANN AG in 2001. In his five year tenure, he was instrumental in product management and global launch of new product innovations, - such as SLActive -, eventually being responsible for the Marketing in the European Region. In 2007, Tobias co-founded Implant Direct Europe AG where he build up the European business in 25 markets until the global business was sold to Sybron Dental Specialities. Tobias believes in the power of execution and excellence in design. In 2011 he founded TRI Dental Implants Int. AG. Tobias Richter is a passionate entrepreneur and convinced of the still extensive opportunities for growth in dental implantology.

Christian Haase is general manager of Quintessence Publishing Co., Inc. and is leading the company in 3rd family generation. Quintessence has publishing houses in 14 countries and licensing partners in another 7 countries. Publication partners oversee the translation of Quintessence books and journals into more than 15 languages. Additionally, Quintessence regularly sponsors continuing education seminars in various parts of the world, ranging from small-scale workshops to large international congresses that attract more than 50,000 participants yearly. Meeting the needs of both the beginning dental student and the experienced practitioner, the company has published 61 professional journals; more than 1,500 book titles; and over 300 videos, DVDs, CD-ROMs, and multimedia programs worldwide by more than 3,000 authors.

Florian Schober gained his master degree in industrial engineering from Technical University of Berlin, with scholarships at LUISS Rome and University of St. Gallen. He is recognized as an internationally renowned lecturer and trainer in the field of 3D radiology, implant planning and template guided implant placement. Since 1999 Florian Schober is Assistant Professor at the Department of Fixed & Removable Prosthodontics and Dental Material Sciences at the University of Zurich in Switzerland. In 2015 he was elected as president of the board of Swissmeda AG, Switzerland.

Julien took the helm of DDL in 2021. He started his career as an Analyst in Investment Banking and subsequently joined an international Management Consulting firm in Paris as Senior Consultant, covering various strategy projects in the Healthcare sector. In 2012, Julien took over the Consulting Practice & International Desk of a major Audit & Financial Advisory firm as Engagement Manager in Singapore. In this capacity, he strengthened the collaboration between public and private sectors, working in close conjunction with high potential ventures and the Singaporean Ministry of Trade.

Selected to join the European Commission's Executive Training Program in Japan & Korea in 2014, Julien leveraged education and technology to launch a first successful EdTech venture in Seoul, Korea with reach across all East Asia. He then attended INSEAD in Singapore, France and San Francisco and received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2017.

After graduating, Julien joined a world leader in international education, initially as the Digital Investment team lead for Europe & North America, and later as the Product Head of a team of 50 covering 5 European markets. In 2021, Julien joined DDL as Managing Director, striving to leverage the massive growth potential of the digital and healthcare sectors alongside a highly successful and respected team.
